In the 1990's-2010, previous isolated experiences of poor quality materials, craftsmanship, accountability and delivery expectations of Industrial Manufactured Products from China was a global issue of concern.

Since 2010, the Chinese Government now requires manufacturers of domestic & International products to obtain quality assurance certificates on a yearly basis. In addition, OEM Brands utilize quality control systems, audits and strict guideline protocols provided by Division Teams based in their originating Head Office locations whether North America, Europe or UK.

Each Chinese manufactured engine by CCEC Cummins, Caterpillar, Perkins, MTU, MWM and Scania AB, does not leave the maufacturers facility without government certification and quality control inspections.

Service & Parts

APEX POWERGEN supports standard warranties issued by the OEM Manufacturers for each engine and part originating in China or in some collaborations, imported from the OEM Brands manufacturing facility in North America or Europe/UK.

APEX POWERGEN partners currently with North American Certified Service Technicians and companies representing Cummins, Caterpillar, Perkins, MTU, MWM and Scania AB Diesel & Gas Powered Generator Engines. Plus, Stamford, Leroy Somer and ABB Alternators, Intelligen and Deep Sea Control Modules.

APEX POWERGEN will support and manage to our clients, in the event of any engine, alternator or control module part requiring replacement within the specified warranty terms*, drop shipment free-of-charge within 48-72 hours door-to-door. Terms and Conditions apply within each warranty*.

Each OEM Brand utilizes parts portals or online product catalogues. Registration I.D. or Serial Numbers provided, can be used by a certified Service Technician/Dealer thru an APEX POWERGEN Account Team Specialist. Our goal is to always provide a streamlined parts identification process and aquisition.
